A December Bistro Night (Thanks to Persistent Nagging!)

After relentless persuasion from the regulars, Matt has finally added another Winter Bistro Night to the calendar! It’s our first December date, making it the ideal way for newcomers and seasoned bistro lovers to kick off the festive fortnight—without a turkey in sight.

The Menu

To Start
Beetroot Carpaccio
Paper-thin slices of earthy beetroot, dressed to impress with our silky homemade goat’s curd. A sweet and tangy honey–mustard dressing brings everything together in perfect balance.

Main Course
Gawthorpe’s Beef Sirloin
Tender beef sirloin from our local legends at Gawthorpe’s, served with smoky chargrilled courgette, rich roast onion purée, and sweet potato. A dollop of horseradish cream and a lively chimichurri sauce finish the dish with a kick.

Slow Roast Squash - Vegetarian Main
A golden roasted squash filled with garlic-infused lentils and topped with a parmesan and walnut crust. It’s plated with harissa yoghurt, oven-baked kale crisps, and toasted pumpkin seeds for crunch and colour.

Dessert
Apple & Forest Fruits Crumble
A cosy classic: warm spiced apple and berries under a buttery crumble topping, served with velvety vanilla pod ice cream.

A £10 non-refundable deposit secures your spot.
Arrive from 7pm, with the first course served at 7:30pm.
