Three Little Pigs
A celebration of pork — roast fillet, crispy shoulder bonbon, and melt-in-the-mouth braised cheek. Accompanied by cauliflower purée, buttered spinach, roasted squash, and a rich pork liquor for depth and indulgence.
Vegetarian Main : Slow Roast Squash : garlic lentils, oven baked kale crisps, harissa yoghurt, shallots & pumpkin seeds
Dessert
Cocoa & Espresso Marquise
A silky marquise infused with deep cocoa and bold espresso, paired with vanilla cream, fresh raspberries, and a crisp biscuit tuile for texture and contrast.
