We’re starting in September with two Bistro Evening’s that are all about bold, warming flavours blending with some punchy, more summery elements. First up: wild mushroom & mozzarella arancini—crispy, golden, and served with a rich tomato ragu and slices of wild-farmed flour baguette to soak it all up. The kind of starter that disappears quickly.
For the main course, we’re serving pork two ways: a tender fillet alongside crisp pork belly, with a spiced apple compote, cider-braised lentils, silky celeriac purée, and a tangle of kale crisps and baby onion rings for crunch and lift. Prefer a plant-based plate? Our slow roast squash comes with garlicky lentils, harissa yoghurt, oven-baked kale crisps, sweet shallots, and toasted pumpkin seeds—a hearty, flavour-packed alternative.
To finish: a zingy lemon & rhubarb posset topped with poached rhubarb and a crunchy ginger crumble. Light, refreshing, and a perfect final note.
Tickets are £40 per guest, with a £10 non-refundable deposit required to book. Doors open from 7pm for a 7.30pm start.
