Served with chef's flatbread and black onion seed crème fraîche.

Main Course
Lamb Cromesqui
Slow braised lamb shoulder in a crisp panko crumb with basil & anchovy pesto, confit celeriac, celeriac purée and lamb jus.

Slow Roast Squash (Vegetarian Main)
with garlic lentils, oven baked kale crisps, harissa yoghurt, shallots and pumpkin seeds

Dessert
Apple & Forest Fruits Crumble
Served with vanilla pod ice cream.
